PRODUCTION TIME:

All of my bikinis are handmade-to-order in my South Florida home studio. Please allow up to 2 weeks before your order ships. Most of my jewelry is ready to ship unless otherwise noted in the description. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

All FayEtte Bikinis are custom and handmade-to-order. All sales are final. No returns and no refunds. If you are not happy with the fit of your bikini, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your items to determine if an exchange can be granted. If you do not follow the FayEtte Bikini size chart or contact me about a unique size not listed on the size chart you are not eligible for an exchange. Each item exchanged is subject to a $15 restocking fee and/or alteration charges. All exchanges must be unworn with hygienic lining still in place. All items deemed previously worn will be returned to buyer as is at the buyers expense. Buyer is to pay one-way return shipping for exchanges (I recommend something with a tracking number/delivery confirmation as I am not responsible for exchange items that I don't receive) I will send the final product back to you free of charge! SHIPPING:

All domestic items are shipped via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. According to USPS, first class mail takes approximately 2-5 days for delivery but is not guaranteed. Shipping upgrades are available upon request for an additional fee.

International orders are shipped via USPS first class international package service with insurance. Shipping time for international orders can vary greatly. Tracking is available for an additional charge upon request. 

Once packages are shipped, they are in the hands of the shipping company and I have no control over them. I provide all USA and Canada customers with tracking numbers so they can keep track of their package.

International orders may be subject to import taxes and fees, which the buyer is responsible for upon delivery/pickup.

PRIVACY POLICY:

I do not share any of your information. I keep shipping addresses on file in the event of a size exchange.
